If you wish to transfer control and billing of a domain name, you MUST ensure that you contact the registrar of your domain name and arrange for the DNS settings to be updated to those listed below BEFORE unlocking, changing the IPS TAG or attempting to transfer the name. This will prevent delays in domain transfer:

PRIMARY DNS SERVER: NS1.UGGLE.NET
SECONDARY NAME SERVER: NS2.UGGLE.NET

For .COM, .NET, .ORG, .BIZ and .INFO , you will then need to arrange for the domain name to be UNLOCKED. Contact your current registrar for further details.

For .UK domain names, you will then need to contact the registrar of your domain name and arrange for the IPS TAG to be changed to : ENOM

You may also need to obtain an EPP Key. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Failure to perform these actions PRIOR to performing the domain transfer process WILL result in delays in your domain transfer. Please contact us before attempting a domain transfer if you are unsure, or if you feel that the domain transfer has not taken place.

Uggle only allow transfer of domain names with the following extensions: .CO.UK, .ORG.UK, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .BIZ AND .INFO
