Configuring your website in SmartFTP (Video Tutorial)

The following Video Tutorial runs through the steps required in order to connect to your website using Smart FTP client.



We recommend that you use the following IP address as the Host Address:



95.172.15.130



If your FTP client has the option to set Passive FTP (or PASV FTP), this should be enabled.



PLEASE NOTE: Your website files need to be placed into the 'WWWROOT' folder. In order to navigate to the wwwroot folder, you will first need to open your domain folder (e.g..mydomain.co.uk), then your wwwroot folder.



Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you DELETE the WEB.CONFIG file, as this will take your website offline.
