TERMS OF SERVICE
Uggle Internet UK provides World Wide Web page hosting. Uggle Internet UK reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Uggle Internet UK when Uggle Internet UK decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
SERVER USE
Hosting accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their web site to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads. Reseller accounts are permitted to resell web hosting services to third parties.
Uggle Internet UK reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone.
Uggle Internet UK do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Uggle Internet UK.
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
SERVER USAGE POLICY
In rare cases, Uggle Internet UK may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, Uggle Internet UK reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers. The implimentation of application isolation on all sites ensures that this is only possible in extreme cicumstances.
HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY
Resources are defined as memory and/or processor utilization.
Uggle Internet UK may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
When a web site is found to be monopolising the resources available Uggle Internet UK reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby Uggle Internet UK continues hosting the web site for an additional fee.
RESELLER ACCOUNT USER POLICY
Reseller account holders are directly responsible for technical support related issues originating from sales of services supplied by Uggle Internet UK. Uggle Internet UK reserves the right to cease services to individual reseller users upon any and all breeches of Uggle Internet UK terms and conditions. Resellers are not required to identify themselves as resellers of services offered by Uggle Internet UK. Where payment is not made by a reseller for 30 days, the reseller account may/will be suspended. If upon 60 days the outstanding payment is not received, Uggle Internet UK reserves the right to contact resellers customers to offer comparable web hosting services. Uggle Internet UK supplies enom reseller accounts as is. Uggle Internet UK is not responsible in anyway for support relating to enom domain name registrations. Uggle Internet may on request from resellers, install server components upon receipt of a valid software registration. Server components must be recognised and suitable for the server environment that it is intended. Uggle Internet reserves the right to install components on our servers. Technical support is supplied to resellers for server related issues only, Uggle Internet will not supply technical support for scripting to resellers or their customers.
MAIL SERVER USER POLICY
Uggle Internet electronic mail services are supplied for domestic and business purposes only. Any abuse of our mail servers, including the use of mass mailing, spamming, spoofing, illegal touting, distribution of illegal and copyright material and/or links to warez will result in the immediate cessation of all web hosting services supplied by Uggle Internet.
PAYMENT POLICIES
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although Uggle Internet reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year, sixth month or month following the date the account was established. Customers will automatically be invoiced again at the end of their prepay period unless closure notification has already been given. Payment will not be automatically taken unless otherwise stated.
In situations where payment is not received Uggle Internet will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, Uggle Internet reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request. Failure to make payment within 60 dys will result in the cessation of services and removal of files and all account details from our servers.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent via email shortly after the online purchase has been made, or when anniversary payment is due.
Customers are to ensure that their email address as stated in their control panel is kept up to date. Uggle Internet cannot be held responsible for invoices sent to unused email addresses.
Payments can be made in UK Sterling, Euros and US$.

Uggle Internet accepts MasterCard, Visa, Eurocard, Visa Delta, Solo, Switch (Maestro) and JCB.
Other:
Uggle Internet accepts PayPal, Nochex, UK cheque, Postal Order and direct Bank Transfer.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Uggle Internet reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. If a customer contravenes Uggle Internet terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Customers may cancel their account at any time via email to sales@uggle.com giving account username and domain name.
Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Uggle Internet offers a no hassle thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with the service/product that you have purchased, you have the right to cancel your account . Uggle Internet will refund, in full, all payments on new accounts during the first thirty day period after account activation.
INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Uggle Internet harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Uggle Internet, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Uggle Internet against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Uggle Internet servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Uggle Internet servers.

Uggle Internet will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Uggle Internet makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Uggle Internet disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Uggle Internet and its employees. Uggle Internet reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
